We offer two programs: the Electrical Program and the Plumbing Program. Both are 600-hour, hands-on programs that can be completed in as soon as 5 months (day schedule) or approximately 7.5 months (evening schedule).

Yes, financial aid may be available for those who qualify. Federal aid programs — including Pell Grants and student loans — require completing the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) at studentaid.gov. VA Benefits and ACCES-VR funding may also be available depending on eligibility. Contact our admissions team to discuss your situation.

Both the Electrical and Plumbing programs are 600 hours. In the day program, students can complete training in as soon as 5 months. Evening program students typically complete in approximately 7.5 months.

Yes. Many Berk students are career changers from retail, construction, service work, and other industries. No prior trade experience is required for either program. Our admissions team works with people from all backgrounds and can help you understand whether Berk is a good fit for where you’re trying to go.
