Berk Trade & Business School is committed to providing current and prospective students, employees, and the public with timely and accurate consumer information required by federal and state law, as well as by applicable accrediting and regulatory agencies. This page serves as a central resource for accessing institutional policies, disclosures, and reports related to academic programs, financial aid, safety and security, and other areas of regulatory compliance.

Annual Security Report (ASR) and Campus Safety Report
Berk Trade & Business School publishes this Annual Security Report (ASR) in compliance with the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act (20 U.S.C. §1092(f)), as amended by the Violence Against Women Reauthorization Act (VAWA), and applicable New York State laws governing campus safety, prevention programming, and student protections. This report contains important information regarding campus safety policies, crime prevention efforts, reporting procedures, emergency response protocols, student rights, disciplinary procedures, and campus crime statistics for the previous three calendar years. The report is distributed annually to all currently enrolled students and employees and is made available to prospective students and employees upon request and through the institution’s website.

Alcohol & Other Drugs Prevention Program and Policies
Berk Trade & Business School complies with the Drug-Free Schools and Communities Act (DFSCA) Amendments of 1989, as outlined in the Education Department General Administrative Regulations (EDGAR) Part 86. In accordance with these regulations, the institution certifies to the U.S. Department of Education that it has implemented programs designed to prevent the unlawful use of drugs and the abuse of alcohol by both students and employees.
This annual notification is provided to all students and employees of Berk Trade & Business School. It summarizes the institution’s standards of conduct regarding alcohol and other drugs, outlines applicable institutional disciplinary actions, and highlights key federal, state, and local legal consequences.
