Cambodian Native Wins Prestigious New York State Educational Award |
Long Island City, NY, January 7, 2009—Somrachbotra Ros, a native of Cambodia, has been honored for his superior achievement by the New York State Coalition of Career Schools. The award recognizes outstanding academic achievement and a dedication to the learning goals of all students in the class. |
Mr. Ros recently graduated from Berk Trade and Business School with a certificate in Electrical Installation and is employed by Team Electric in New York City. |
The award was granted following nominations made by more than 300 career-focused schools across New York State. A total of four finalists were selected. |
